RETURNS
- Returns Window: 14 days from delivery
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags & packaging
- Non-Returnable: Underwear, washed/worn items, and final sale items
- Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days after approval (original shipping not included)
- Exchanges: Not offered — please return and reorder
- Return Shipping: Paid by customer unless item is faulty or incorrect
